Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within **21 days** of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at dixiegirlstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.
We'll provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
Delivery Costs
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
